The Officers of the FIU Research Foundation are: Chairman George E. Walker, Vice Chair Douglas Wartzok, Secretary Sandra González-Levy, and Treasurer (currently vacant).

The Executive Committee consists of three elected directors, which are George E. Walker, Sandra González-Levy, and Douglas Wartzok.

The Finance and Audit Committee consists of up to five members, appointed by the Chair, of which three must be Directors of the Board. The Finance and Audit Committee has not been established yet.

The Nominating Committee consists of a maximum of three appointed members, currently composed of Sandra González-Levy and Kenneth Furton.
