The Officers of the FIU Research Foundation are: Chairman George E. Walker, Vice Chair Ronald M. Berkman, Secretary Sandra González-Levy, and Treasurer Kathleen Clark.

The Executive Committee consists of three elected directors: George E. Walker, Sandra González-Levy, and Kathleen Clark.

The Finance and Audit Committee consists of up to five members, appointed by the Chair, of which three must be Directors of the Board. The Finance and Audit Committee has not been established yet.

The Nominating Committee consists of a maximum of three appointed members, currently composed of Sandra González-Levy and Kenneth Furton.
